By sharing document packages you’ve already ordered for your clients, you earn credits that reduce—or even eliminate—the cost of your monthly subscription.
The program is simple: Upload a missing package, get a $10 credit.
Search: Check our database for a building you are currently working on.
Identify an Opportunity: If the building has less than 10 documents, it is eligible for a Perk.
Upload: Upload a complete, legible document package (Minutes, Bylaws, Depreciation Report, etc.) from the last 24 months.
Claim: Once your upload is complete, simply email support@stratadocuments.com with the Strata Plan Number. Our team will verify the documents within 5 business days and apply your $10.00 credit - which is automatically applied to your next monthly bill.
We’ve priced our platform so that it doesn't take much to hit a $0 balance.
Earn 1 Perk: Your monthly bill drops by $10.
Earn 2 Perks: Your entire month is FREE (for Essentials plan members).
There is no limit to how many perks you can earn in a year, though credits are capped at the total amount of your monthly subscription fee each month.
To maintain the quality of the library for all members, a "Perk-eligible" upload must be a Complete Package. This typically includes:
Minutes: At least 6–12 months of Council Meeting minutes and the most recent AGM/SGM.
Financials: The most recent year-end financial statement.
Recency: Documents must have been issued within the last 24 months.
First-to-File: Only the first user to provide the document package for a specific Strata Number receives the credit.
Fine Print: We reserve the right to decline credits for incomplete, duplicate, or corrupted files.
