In addition, typical due diligence only covers the last 2 years of documentation. By building a central repository, we make it easier for you to perform a more in depth analysis of a building before you list it for sale or write an offer for your buyer.

What geographic areas do your strata documents cover?
Our service is currently only offered in the Province of British Columbia (Canada). The database is rapidly growing across all markets, with a heavy concentration currently available throughout the Lower Mainland, Nanaimo and Kelowna.
What file formats are supported for uploads?
We currently support any PDF document, though we are working on expanding this capability. If you have any documents, you'd like to share, that are of different file formats, please reach out to us for further guidance.
